November has arrived with a chill, and the days have become darker earlier. Hard to imagine those warm days of spring in May are far behind us. I’m greeting this month with a hug and warm cups of cider. I fell short of my deadline to submit book one final to my editor. However, as I diligently continue to finish the feedback I’ve received from beta readers who are reading the novel in sections, it has been positive.

Deadlines can be flexible, and that’s where I’m at now after dealing with Covid and a cough in early October. The month concluded with a procedure that altered my vision, which meant I couldn’t drive and had to reduce my time in front of the computer. I have found that I possess an unwavering ability to overcome obstacles, irrespective of the hardships I’ve encountered.

With a joyful heart and the scent of autumn in the air, I welcome November, wrapped in a cozy sweater. Make each day a celebration filled with joy. November has arrived, bringing with it a sense of warmth and gratitude.
