April has gracefully given way to May, my favorite time of the year. I enjoy nature’s journey from seedlings to blooms. It amazes me how just weeks ago; the leaves were only buds during my walks. The cream-colored, green-centered flowers of my beloved dogwood tree heralded spring’s arrival.
I have been busy editing two separate sections of my novel, with a goal of submitting a page to a contest in June. Recording weekly short videos for Honoring Your Path on my YouTube channel is a process that requires planning. We’ve done a couple from my car, and events. I have one more newsletter to prepare before taking the summer off. I’ll be channeling my creative energy into an online healing art class. The amazing concept of is learning to concentrate on my happy place.
I continue to appreciate the guidance of my medical team and the support of my friends. My health is a work in progress, with regular labs and further testing. The challenge for me is staying positive, which can be difficult. I admit to feeling overwhelmed, however; my solace is journaling, especially after appointments, using my phone as a journal. I know my capacity for resilience and strong.
I’m involved with an organization that may develop a new project concept I have been working on.
I wish you a month filled with wonder. Take care.🌸🦋
